Refunds and Exchanges
At Parts Unknown Clothing, we take pride in providing the highest quality clothing to our customers. We hope that as soon as you wear them, that you'll love them, however, we know that online shopping isn't always perfect. At Parts Unknown Clothing, we hand check the quality all of our items before they're packed and shipped, but should you not be 100% happy with your order, you can return it to us for a full refund or an exchange; no questions asked.
Returns with us are simple:
1. Fill in the return slip that came with your order
2. Package your items back up with the returns form and add our returns address:

3. Take your item to a local Post office and send back to us, we recommend that you retain a proof of postage for insurance in the event that your item is lost in the post. The average price to return a t-shirt from the UK to our headquarters is £1.50 for a t-shirt; and £3.00 for a hoodie.
4. Sit back and wait for us to get back in touch. We'll make sure that your order is processed within 3 days of arriving at our headquarters.
Terms and Conditions of Returns
- All exchanges or refunds must be returned to us within 28 days of purchase
- The items returned should be in re-sale quality, with no damage, stains or markings (unless these were at fault of ourselves or our courier service)
- Unless the return item was faulty or incorrect upon arrival, we will not refund the costs of return postage
- Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 1-3 working days of receiving the goods
